The Head of Operations will report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and will support in designing, implementing, and evolving the Credit Union’s long term strategic vision. The Head of Operations will be responsible for, overseeing the management of operations, human resources and managing the branch network. This will include the implementation of policies, compliance, risk and performance management within the relevant departments. The Head of Operations will support the CEO in overseeing the management function of the Credit Union and ensure the smooth operation of administrative and member facing functions within the organisation, ensuring that it performs and operates to the highest standards. The Head of Operations will support the member services teams to enhance how members experience our Credit Union and deliver exceptional member relationship management.

The Head of Operations is a pivotal role in the Management Team and will contribute to and champion the strategic plan of Link Credit Union, participating in senior level discussions and in making recommendations regarding major policy decisions.
