Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Link Credit Union Limited will take place on Wednesday, 17th December 2025 at 7:00pm via Zoom Webinar.
Registration Required
Members wishing to attend the Virtual AGM must register by Friday, 12th December 2025 at 12pm, by either:
- Sending an email to agm2025@linkcu.ie or
- Registering online here Link Credit Union 2025 AGM Registration – Fill in form
When registering by email you should provide the following information:
- Name
- Membership Number
- Date of Birth
- Email Address
- Contact Number
Link Credit Union will verify your membership based on the information you provide. Please note that the Credit Union requires up-to-date photographic identification and address verification on file. If your information needs updating, we will notify you by email.
Please submit any questions you have in relation to the annual report in writing to agm2025@linkcu.ie by Friday, 12th December 2025 at 12pm. If you wish to receive a hard copy of the Annual Report, these can be obtained from any of our three offices.
Once verification is complete, you will receive a formal invitation to the email address you provided by Tuesday, 16th December 2025. Please check your junk and spam folders for this email.

The personal data that you supply for registration to the AGM will be shared with both Zoom and AVC Ltd. This data is processed based on your consent purely for the purposes of attendance at the Virtual AGM and will be deleted by these organisations post the AGM.
