*Beware of Scams*
We have been made aware of a new “advanced fee fraud” scam currently circulating.
The scam involves a Whatsapp call, claiming to be from the ‘Credit Union’, requesting the following;
– Payments to be made by the member in order to release a loan/funds
– Your PPS number
We will never contact you through WhatsApp to request payments or personal details.
Please be vigilant when asked for personal information over the phone. If you receive a suspicious call, do not engage.
