Link Credit Union is making a significant investment in upgrading our banking system and mobile app. Following valuable feedback from our members, we are moving to a new banking platform that will offer a more modern, secure, and user-friendly experience.
Our new banking system and digital services go live on Thursday 19th February.
What This Means for You
For All Members
✓ Your money and accounts remain fully safe and secure throughout the upgrade
✓ Enhanced digital services and improved functionality
✓ More reliable and user-friendly experience
For Debit Card Holders
You will receive a new Debit Card with:
- A new card number and expiry date
- Clear instructions on activation
- Information on updating recurring payments
Action Required: You will need to update any recurring card payments (subscriptions, etc.) with your service providers after 19th February 2026.
For Online & Mobile Banking Users
You will need to download the new Link Credit Union mobile app on 19th February 2026. New pin credentials will be issued to members who have accessed their online account in the last six months.
Members who have not accessed Online or Mobile Banking in the last six months: If you have not logged in to your online account within the past six months, please contact the office after Thursday, 19th February 2026. For security reasons, we will need to verify your details before issuing new pin credentials.
Important: Your current login details will not work on the new app. Step-by-step instructions will be provided before the new app launches.
During the System Change
Tuesday, 17th February 2026
- Business as usual until 4:00pm
Wednesday, 18th February 2026
- Office closed to members
- Online and mobile app services available until 1.00pm
- Debit card will operate until 9pm.
Thursday, 19th February 2026
- Office reopens at 11:00am
- New banking system operational
- Digital channels go live
