Link Credit Union Ltd is inviting applications for the full time and permanent position of Member Services Officer. With this role, the applicant will be required to work across our branches in line with the needs of the business. This is a full-time role with a requirement to work 37 hours per week, working Tuesday to Saturday.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing an excellent standard of member service within the front office environment to members and performs a range of supporting tasks. The Member Services Officer is accountable for carrying out a range of administrative and operational activities within authorised limits that contribute to the effective running of the credit union. The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring that the relevant Individual Accountability Framework responsibilities are met, in line with regulatory requirements.
