Reporting to: Branch Officer
Contract Status: Fixed term – Summer months

We are now seeking a strong team player to join our team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wishes to commence a new career and /or gain experience within the credit union sector.
Duties will include providing a quality teller service to members, dealing with member queries, processing transactions, back-office administration/clerical duties and other duties as required. The working week will be 37 hours and will include working every Saturday.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent PC and Keyboard skills including a strong working knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent administration skills and attention to detail.
- Strong ability to work as part of a team.
Desirable but not essential to:
- Hold or be studying towards achieving a business qualification /QFA/APA qualification.
