If you are calling into an office, please follow the guidelines below:

  • Only the member is to attend
  • Please bring your own pen for signing documentation
  • If you are at high risk – please contact us before you call in
  • If you have been diagnosed with COVID-19, or are showing symptoms – please do not attend
  • Please comply with social distancing requirements and stand behind the line at the counter
  • Please use the hand sansitiser provided as you enter and leave the office
  • Please not that a maximum of 4 members are allowed in our offices at any one time

We would like to remind members about how they can transact with the credit union without physically visiting our offices:
